A $50 joining fee applies to new memberships. Please note that your existing username should be used when renewing your membership to avoid being charged the joining fee again at renewal.
10% GST applies to Australian memberships.

Membership fees are biennial – ie. 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2027. Member discounts on conference registration are only available when membership is current at the time of the conference. Memberships for the 2025 conference period can be purchased or renewed as of 1st April 2025 in line with opening of conference registrations.

For this very small cost, APSA members receive discounted registration for the biennial conference, opportunities for professional development and networking with others involved in the pig industry both in Australia and internationally, and access to partner society member benefits, such as the British Society of Animal Science.
